Founded in 2011 by father and son Nelson and Chris Rising, Rising Realty Partners (Rising) is one of California’s most important real estate investment and operating platforms, creating world-class commercial properties.  Rising is a key figure in the recent revitalization of Downtown LA. They acquired, modernized, repositioned several large scale historic properties including PACMUTUAL, THE CALEDISON DTLA and THE TRUST BUILDING.
